It is the Corporate Travel Consultants role is to book the clients itinerary from start to finish. Their role will include booking domestic and international travel with air and ground arrangements. You must have excellent nett and published fare knowledge together with CRS and great destination knowledge.
As a Corporate Travel Manager you will manage a team of Corporate Consultants as well as still consult yourslef if need be. You will be responsible for team operations including staff recruitment, appraisals and call volumes. Within your role you will also be involved in client account management. You must have extensive experience within corporate tarvel to move into the role of corporate travel manager.
