Our client one of the leading and most dynamic International Airlines; is seeking an Airline Reservation & Ticketing Consultant based in their gorgeous Sydney CBD office to join their experienced team. You will be working within a small team; and this position requires an all-rounder; motivated mature consultant that has a warm hearted smile and eager to assistant any enquiry.
As an Airline Reservations & Ticketing Consultant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities including:
- Work with different distribution channels through travel agents, wholesalers, tour operators and corporate accounts to offer outstanding customer service to ensure repeat clientele
- Ability to create; book and ticket reservations from start to finish for this reputable Airline
- Process revalidation or cancellations of travel tickets| Issue tickets accurately and within ticketing deadlines
- Handling any special requests for your customers including meals, seating requests and frequent flyers
This role requires someone who has excellent communication skills and a passion for the travel industry that is not afraid to go above and beyond.
To apply for this Reservations & Ticketing role you need to have the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience working in a Reservations & Ticketing position either in retail travel, wholesale travel or within an airline
- Experience booking and ticketing flights using a CRS system
- Excellent communications skills| Ability to go above and beyond with outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail with a positive attitude
